We all learn from our mistakes - particularly true for experimentalists. However, I often find other colleagues already experienced the same thing and knew solutions (communication, communication, communication). But there is no journal for you to publish failed experiments.
So this blog is to share mistakes, failed ideas, bugs in software, and so on.

Do not load Ar without humidity control
Cryogenic Ar loading should be done at humidity below 40%. Otherwise, sample chamber would expand during or after the loading
